Has anyone else seen errors when trying to log into the Freshdesk agent portal? Two of my team members are getting non-descript errors such as "Uh oh something went wrong" when trying to log into the dashboard. Occasionally they are able to log in but then when they try to respond to a ticket they get a message pops up in the top right of the ticket saying "something went wrong. Please try again later". This has been happening continually between 13th and 15th May. Freshdesk dev team are looking into it but has not yet been fixed. Has anyone on the community had any luck getting around these errors?

Apologies for having left this thread hanging. I did notice that a ticket was created for this where it was discussed further . Hope you are not facing similar issues anymore. Such errors generally get thrown due to network problems, firewall effect, or browser cache. Having said that, each case will have to be uniquely investigated for the root cause.
