Hello,


We need to run a private help desk, where only our clients can enter.


Is it possible to disable Sign Up or moderate new users?

    Hello,


    We do have an option to disable the sign-up for the portal. Please go to Admin>>Portals>>Settings>>'Allow users to Sign Up from the customer portal', you can select 'No' to disable the option.

    Hi,

    I have multiple portals and there are some I do want users to sign up to but others I do not. 

    What can I do?

    Glad to see your comment on this thread ! We can hide the signup option on specific portals using the Portal Customisation feature available on your subscription ( Estate ) .

    Can you also send instructions on hiding the signup option on specific portals using the Portal Customisation feature ?

    Please go to admin->Portals-->Customize portal-->Stylesheet and paste this to hide the sign up button :


     a[href*="/support/signup"]{   display:none; }
