Tickets can have a Type field and it would be great if there is a way to grab a list of all those Types in the Liquid template system. I would like to display those as categories on a page.

The ticket type can be accessed using the placeholder {{ticket.type}}. You can use this on the ticket details page to write conditional statements to customise the page based on the ticket type.
