I would like to link to tickets with a certain tag and have this be accessible by regular registered users or even publicly.


Sharing the URL in the browser window doesn't work.

Welcome to the Freshdesk community! Can you please elaborate on the need for providing a link to access tickets? Do all these tickets belong to a specific user or it might have tickets from multiple users?


In general, the filter links or search results would work only for an agent who has access to all the tickets in the helpdesk.
