There are agents on my account who did not activate their account using the link from the email.
Q: will payment for such users be included in my bill?
+7Why not ask Freshdeak, rather than the community? My assumption would be that you get billed what is in your contract.

Ideally, you will be charged based on the number of agent licenses you have purchased. However, feel free to drop in an email to billing@freshworks.com for further clarifications regarding the same.
