Hi Freshdesk,

We found a problem in search a ticket number. I have administrator rights and the ticket is not deleted and can be found in an alternative manner, like adding in URL. However if I use the Search function with the ticket number, it does not return the value 2218, while it should be a direct match.

Is this something you are looking at for improving?

Are you still facing search issues ?

We enabled Elastic Search for all the accounts, which should bring the data quickly


I will create a ticket and we can take it forward.

Sorry for the trouble caused here.

Can you provide me with more info on this issue ? When searching for a Ticket, can you try this model - <2218>

It will search for exact Ticket match

Please do give this a try and it should work
