When i try to rate your reply on freshdesk support I obtain this

The rate results correctly filled

Apologies for the delay in update on this issue

Can you poing us to the Ticket, so we can update the HTML Part ?

Sometimes, when the Customer replies or adds Survey by clicking the Survery buttons from their mailbox, the comments are added to the Plain text format, but HTML is missed, due to which this error comes up

Please share the Ticket ID, so we can fix this ASAP
