I get blank emails when i close tickets. I went and disable the email requestor notification after ticket is closed but still getting the blank emails. 

Its very weird get “ticket number:735427” in the emails with a blank subject.

You may have enabled an automation.

Or, it indeed may be a bug in your instance.
