I understand that you’d like to reduce the time to 20 mins but unfortunately the minimum time that can be selected is 30 minutes from here and it can’t be reduced more.
Please have a look at our Ideas page, and post your ask here. We will look into this and take this up from our end.
However, if you’re looking to customise the hours that you should wait, you can use Time trigger automation as shown here:
