Will you solution with Freddy AI work with all languages as OpenAI dos or only the major ones?
More specific could Freshchat and Freddy AI talk to our customers in Norwegian?

Hi,
I tested this recently with French, Swedish, Norwegian and a few other languages. If an agent’s language is set to Norwegian, then Freddy will transform the input text in Norwegian as well.
