Is there a way to remove ticket fields from right from the ticket page without using an app?

Welcome to the Freshworks community! Can you please elaborate on the need to remove ticket fields on the ticket page? You can use Dynamic sections to show/hide fields based on type or other dropdown fields.

Hi, I actually want to have a ticket type with subcategories but the only way to do this to create a new custom field also called type but the problem is that the default field “Type” is still there I cannot remove it or hide it only except with an app
