Getting an access denied for rest api. Anyone have any idea? I have admin access.

I understand you received an error message stating, "You are not authorized to perform this action." This can occur if the user’s spam score is high or when attempting to access restricted information, such as a ticket view, without the necessary permissions, even if you are an admin. To investigate further, we will need to review the logs using the API call's X-request ID. Please send an email to support@freshdesk.com with all the relevant details so our team can assist you.
