We trying to find solution, but we dont have time, we want to start using grown plan and we have 370 users, and we dont want to create users with hand.

Hi @Tokylanc,

Greetings from Freshworks community and Thank you for reaching out. Could you please confirm if this error appears for agents while logging in via SSO? Also, kindly check if the same email address is added as an agent inside Freshdesk under Admin > Agents as if these users were not added, then you would be receiving this error.

If the issue persists, please email us at support@freshdesk.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

The error you're seeing, "cannot be logged in as this user is not part of this organization," typically occurs when the user's email domain is not correctly linked to your Freshdesk organization. You need to make sure that your Azure Active Directory domain is mapped to your Freshdesk account so that users from that domain can be added automatically. Also, check that the user's email matches the domain set in your Freshdesk settings. If you're using API or automated integration, ensure that all the parameters, including roles and permissions, are set correctly when creating users. If you're using Single Sign-On (SSO), verify the configuration to ensure seamless login. If these settings are in place, but the issue persists, contacting Freshdesk support may help resolve the problem quickly, especially if you're on a tight deadline.

The error "cannot be logged in as this user is not part of this organization" typically occurs when the user isn't being correctly synced from Azure AD to Freshdesk. To resolve this, ensure the email domain in Azure AD matches your Freshdesk domain. Also, verify that your SSO and user provisioning settings between Azure AD and Freshdesk are properly configured. You may want to use Freshdesk’s API for bulk user creation or check the Freshdesk support for further troubleshooting.
