Join us for the Freshworks User Network (FUN) Mumbai Meetup — an in-person gathering of Freshworks users and community members coming together to connect, learn, and exchange real-world insights.

This meetup is designed to spark meaningful conversations around how Freshworks is shaping the future of Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX). Unlike a traditional talk-driven event, this session will lean heavily into hands-on interactions, giving you the opportunity to work closely with Freshworks experts and fellow users.

What to expect
While the detailed agenda will be shared closer to the event, the session will typically include:

• A context-setting session on CX and EX trends

• Hands-on product sessions and guided walkthroughs

• Customer stories and real use cases from the region

• Interactive discussions, problem-solving, and peer learning
