For those I haven’t met yet, I’m Rima Sengupta, and I lead the Freshworks User Network (FUN) globally.
We’re making a small update to how our FUN groups in London are organized. Currently there are a few different local groups, and to make the experience simpler and more connected, we’re bringing everyone together into one main London Freshworks User Network group.
This group will be closing on March 31, 2026, but the conversations will continue in the main community here:
