I suggested my organization to buy freshsales as we are trying to build a sales team with a proper CRM. When we spoke to the sales team they said once we pay the next day we will get a onboarding call in order set up everything. so we paid. once we paid subscription their attitude has been completely changed and now they are asking us to wait for week. If they told us before we subscription we would have preferred hub spot or zoho but these cheaters are cunningly made us pay and now prolonging the onboarding call for ever. So no users be careful before you buy freshworks. I have email proofs and i am going to post it everywhere,
