The topic is very useful but in product import there is a major problem.

You can’t import the prices of the products. So if you a have few products products and the prices doesn’t change it’s ok but in the case you have a big amount of products and the prices change all the time practically you can’t use them without the support of a commercial management software. Also even if you import the products without the prices you have to go manually and make the price at least 0. Imagine having 5000 products…

In any case Freshsales is amazing and we are extremely happy that we started using it.

Regarding the product import feedback, I acknowledge that we currently don’t have the option to directly import products with the prices and it is a valid feature enhancement request that has been passed to our Product Management Team. However, to help valuable customers like you we have a custom script using which we can import the products with prices, exactly why you shouldn’t worry about having to manually add prices to almost 5000 products.
