Change automatic system reply language in ticket

Hello,

when my users make a service request to return IT items the system automatically generates a document. but my whole servicedesk and user portal is in Dutch. but the generated reply is in English and so is the email that the users receive.

i can't find the setting to change this. it's really important for my users to receive this in Dutch.

Hi, you can try going to a workspace (e.g., IT) > Admin > Email notifications > Requester notifications > Click the highlighted “+” icon shown below (image 1) and then upload the translation in Dutch text (image 2). This will ensure all your email notifications are sent in the language you prefer. Also, you will need to do this for every individual notification.
