Migrating from Freshdesk into Freshservice

Hi all,


We are a current user of freshdesk with a basic servicedesk setup for IT. We are wanting to migrate our current config and history across to freshservice.


Is anyone aware of how to do this?

    We do have an inbuilt migration tool which would migrate the Tickets, Users, Solution articles from Freshdesk to Freshservice. Please do reach out to support@freshservice.com for further assistance and we would be happy to help you over and proceed with the migration process.

      Hi Blair, 

      You could have also tried Help Desk Migration. It’s a straightforward migration tool that let’s you move the data by yourself, even if you’ve never done anything like that. You get complete control over the migration process (how users, ticket fields, groups migrate), and you can test the migration as many times as you wish. Lastly, our team is always there to answer your questions and help you out.
