Onboarding Denial

I am revamping our Onboarding with the new module, but there is no option for the stakeholders to deny an onboarding request. It doesn’t happen often, but occasionally our stakeholders will deny a request due to incorrect information or other reasons. That option is not available on the page they are sent to in the new module, only ‘Approve and Submit’. Is there a way to give them the option to deny the request and not create all of the child tickets once submitted as a denial?

Submitted a support request, and was informed that this feature does NOT exist and is not currently on the roadmap.

I submitted this question to support and got the following answer:

 

Currently, Freshservice does not provide functionality for stakeholders to deny an onboarding request. At this time, the onboarding process supports only approvals and cancellations, which can be initiated by specific roles such as the hiring manager or the request initiator.

 

Currently, this functionality is not in the roadmap. However, if it becomes available in future releases, the information will certainly be communicated to our users.
