Status Subscriber Defaults

Whenever we add new subscribers, they have to verify their email, sign into the status page, and then manually adjust their timezone.  Asking a large number of users to perform these actions is going to cause a lot of confusion and inaccuracies.  Is there anything on the roadmap to better manage subscribers, particularly when those subscribers are also requesters and employees?  We should be able to manage these as company administrators and not rely on the users to configure these things themselves.

Hello, I’m following up on this topic because I would like to make the status page available to my internal colleagues, so that everyone can receive incident notifications, production updates, etc. But this requires each employee to register or be registered and then validate their account. This is very tedious, especially when it comes to keeping it up to date with new hires, departures, etc.
How can I automatically include all my employees as soon as they are created in Freshservice?

PS: I tried using distribution lists; it works, but all email addresses are visible.
