I am an admin in Fresh Desk. 2 days ago i was able to move new KB articles to the top of the list in the category. For some reason today I am unable to do so.
I have tried in 3 different browsers, logged out of Fresh Desk / Fresh Works and logged in again. Still having the same issue.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?
