Hi everyone,
Is there a way we can unmerge 2 tickets that have been merged? I know there are times that it happens accidentally and would like to have it undone.
Looking forward to hearing back from anyone who can assist.

To unmerge, reopen the ticket which was closed when you merged. Then delete the entries regarding merging. This was the answer given by support - I'm just relaying it here.
