Is anyone else in North America having an issue with FreshChat?

For about the past half hour, FreshChat messages have been blinking in and out for us, I reached out to FreshChat support through their chat and haven’t heard anything.  Anyone else?

Hi @Margaret - We believe this is due to the downtime we had in our product yesterday. I believe the fix for the same should be live now. For future reference please feel free to track the downtime using the below link:
