Office 365 integration with Freshchat

I have Freshsuite with FreshChat.

Freshsuite is linked to Office 365 and works brilliantly to enable the team to book sales activities on their calendars.

However, we can’t seem to link this with the chat function.

Is there a work around?

Hi @CareShield, I can confirm that we do not have a native nor marketplace integration option for Freshsuite with Freshchat. We shall take this as a feedback to our product team. Thank you!
