I’m working on setting up conditional questions for service items in Freshservice—where certain fields appear only based on previous answers. I’m not quite sure the best way to configure this. Has anyone done this before or have tips on how to make it work smoothly? I’d really appreciate your suggestions!

Hi Prakash, It all depends on what exactly you want to do. There are several ways to set up the display of subsequent fields based on previous answers. For example, for a Dropdown, you have Dynamic Sections, the Dependent Field type, or you can hide/show fields using Business Rules.
