How do I do multi language translations of custom fields and names for (of) custom service items?

Greetings From Freshworks Community

You can set up translations for ticket fields based on the various languages available. You can find the list of languages associated under Supported Languages. Choose the preferred language from the drop-down. Click Translate ticket fields to update the corresponding translations.

Once the translation is done, agents and customers will be able to see their ticket pages in the corresponding mapped language. These translations will be reflected in the help widget, customer portal, ticket details page, ticket list page, new ticket page, and new email page.

and thanks for the answer, but you don't understand me. This is not about "custom field for ticket (incident)". I already know this. Don't worry, I tried everything before asking my question.

This is about "Custom field for service items". Unfortunately, these fields are not in the translation file.

Also, my manage language page looks a little different:
(Admin → Account Settings → Service Desk Rebranding  → Service Desk Settings  → Manage Languages) Also, finding language setting is really detective job...

There are no option for translating service items at the moment but according to the roadmap there will come translations options for service items as well,

I was reading the OP on the idea and that can be done just not with service items. 
They are working on a big update on the Service Catalog.
Recommend checking out next road map session.
