After a user activates their account using the link in the activation email, they land on a Neo Admin Center page.  This page does nothing and does not allow the user to click anything.   After numerous chats with support, there is no way to fix this.  This is very unprofessional and confuses my end users.

I understand that you are experiencing difficulty accessing your Freshservice account, which is linked to associationofchristianschohelpdesk.myfreshworks.com. After conducting a quick check on our end, we have found that chris_corndog@acsi.org is not associated with the account, meaning that he has not been added to the product.
