I want to use the Woocommerce integration with Freshdesk but the free app is updated 4 years ago and it’s full of bugs. There is another app as well but it’s paid. I want to get all the order details of customers within Freshdesk.
Does anyone know of an free alternative? It would be great help.

We recommend you reaching out to your in house developer and they could pull in order details via WooCommerce’s REST API and push them into Freshdesk via its API.
