Is anyone working with NinjaOne and Freshervice.

I am having problems updating the ticket as I am getting the error box in the upper right corner in red that says “NinjaOne: error fetching organizations” - I ask with a ticket to NinjaOne but they referred me back to Freshservice.

The basic problem is that is it not updating the status and priority of the ticket and I am not sure why except that it give that error message.

I can get NinjaOne to create a ticket, it just seems to be unhappy updating the ticket.

Hi.

Are you updating via API?

Are you using the parameter bypass_mandatory?

That’s what currently comes to my mind with this.

No, I think i am just updating using the NinjaOne app to create the tickets. It creates the ticket, but I get that error message when I refresh or just look at the ticket details.

Thank you for helping.

It sounds like the integration might be failing during the organization mapping step. I’d check if the organizations in Freshservice are properly synced or mapped with NinjaOne, and also verify the API permissions used by the integration. Sometimes re-authorizing the integration or refreshing the API token fixes the “error fetching organizations” issue.
