Is this a possibility?  We are migrating to Netsuite ERP and SCA and currently use Freshdesk as our CRM.

We don't have an out-of-the box integration with Netsuite ERP available at the moment. You can refer to our app development documentation to build this as a custom app for your helpdesk.
