We host an intranet site and different departments use it to guide employees to the forms in freshservice. In some cases they want to direct them to the whole category so they can just select the form that is appropriate for their need. There needs to be a way to have a hyperlink take them to that specific category.
New Idea
A seperate link for each category in the Service Catalog
We do something similar; I believe this functionality exists. Just click into your category from the perspective of an end user and the URL should be good to copy.
My URLS look similar to: https://portal.mycompany.com/support/catalog/items?category_id=32500014525
Each category has its own unique ID. We use these URLs to guide to service categories on several of our intranet pages.
