Ability for agents to submit feature requests anonymously or on behalf of a user

Is there really no way to do this?  Seems like you should at least be able to force a user to "follow" a thread or something.

You can do this by "impersonating" a contact.

1. Find the customer in Contacts

2. Open them up.. and click the impersonate button.

3. Find the feature request or create a new article and you'll create it as that user.  Pretty cool feature.
