We have several staff members that submit requests on a regular basis, almost daily, and they submit 3-5 requests over and over for other users and would like to not have to search for each request type. They would like to be able to favorite those 5 services and have them show up on their dashboard for quick and easy access, and also use as a reminder of the tickets they may need to submit.
Creating a favoriting tool and display for requesters would be very helpful.
