We would like to be able to have one service, that can be displayed under more than one service category. This way we can easily group certain services together and provide that category grouping to a set of requesters (much like a task list), while other requesters can find those services under the other the normal category. Currently, you can only add a service to one category. Would be great if you could have it display under multiple categories, without duplicating the service item itself.

As we grow our use of Freshservice, it would be helpeful if we can pair down the visible Service Request catalog by creating groups and only showing certain groups of Service Requests to some groups. But, to do this, we need the ability described on this request!
