+3We need the ability to add more data field columns in the Solutions Admin module and be able to sort using that data.
For example, having the ability to add columns such as Review Date, Created On Date, etc. Any of the Solutions meta data would be helpful as an option to add and help admins better find and manage content. All data should also be sortable as well, such as Title.
+8Thank you! I asked for this when we started with Freshservice almost 4 years ago. Would seem like the fields exist, this should be an easy lift!
Would love to be able to easily check for articles where the agent forgot to add a “review date” or when the “review date” is coming up soon (since the article depublishes)
Thankfully this is now available in a fashion through reporting but that’s not exactly real time and limited in scope.
