Ability to categorise forum posts

We currently have a forum set up for Feature Suggestions which we encourage customers to use for their ideas for the product. It's the main way we get feedback from our customers for road mapping and future development. It would be really useful as agents to be able to categorise posts that are similar or related - sometimes it's not appropriate to merge the topics. At the moment it's just a long list of topics and it's difficult to sort through. Sometimes posts can get lost and it's additional work to go through the whole list manually.
