Ability to change an existing note from public to private

Folks,


By default 'Add note' inside a Freshdesk ticket makes it a private note and there is an app with us to have it added as a public note by default.


We also understand that you would be much interested in a toggle button or a switcher of some sort inside the note that could make any private note as public or vice versa based on the business needs such as when a ticket is merged or reassigned to a different group and so on.


Without a doubt, this has been a popular ask from many of our users. Our product managers are exploring the possibilities of accommodating this and you should be hearing from us soon on this.
