Some tickets can get quite long.
FreshDesk already does a nice job of collapsing everything between the ticket definition and the last three notes:
But some times there is a Note inside that "Expand" that I always want to read, and other Notes that are basically meaningless at this point.
It would be nice to be able to somehow indicate which Notes are important and should always be visible; sort of like making them "sticky", though not necessarily pulling them out of the timeline.
