It would awesome if we could save Work Calendar views. It takes multiple clicks to get the ability to see a calendar view of all our changes. Once we get to that calendar view, and filter it as such, it would be great to be able to save that view for easier access in the future!

Tagging some others who might benefit from this as well. @keefe.andrews @Daniel Söderlund @msconfig87 @afautley @ggallaway @eeha0120 @mbutler @tmcgeorge

Great idea! There’s a few items like that where the same options are consistent throughout the application. I’m happy they finally allowed this with alerts - looking forward to the same options with the work calendar views!

Has there been any response to this from Freshworks?

This is causing resistance in my organisation to moving the Change process from SharePoint forms to our ITSM tool.

Being unable to save the same view of the Change calendar for all agents will make it so most of them won’t use it. At the very least it should default to having no filters applied at all. That would be way less frustrating for agents in a hurry.

I appreciate this seems to be a relatively low priority request from a small number of community members but it makes the product we have chosen to spend money on look very basic and underpowered to be unable to do something that other products and tools can do easily.

I’d rather this function was sorted than them spending so much time on AI capabilities that we can’t convince our organisation to use because the basics aren’t even good enough!

Hopefully there’s some response to this.
