Ability to Customize Service Request Stages

The Service Request stages are designed around the fulfillment of some product. It would be nice to be able to broaden the stages to also encompass services which could be fulfilled such as manipulating data.

…. and to be able to use those Stages in Workflow automations as criteria!

    We would like to see stages available in a workflow. That would really help us with a customer next month for an ITAM service request workflow.

    Anyone have a workaround for not being able to see the stage in a workflow?

    Please can we have stages in workflows. we have not used this functionality because of this!
