Ability to customize ticket view page

It would be helpful if we had the ability to edit what shows on the right of the tickets.
Currently it shows, Agent, Status, and Priority.

I agree! I sent in a separate post asking to add "Group" field.


Hope this one makes it onto the feature list!

We would like to see "Type" as well as "Group" - this would make reassigning and managing our tickets much more efficient.

My custom fields would be incredibly useful here as well--I've got locations for each ticket that would be great to view at a glance on the ticket view page.

I need to view the ticket creation date for invoicing purposes... now to get this I have to export tickets, that's too uncomfortable,

Agreed! We need the ticket list view page to be customizable. We do not need to see Agent or Priority but would love to see Group and a custom field.


Same for us, this would be quite helpful

More than Agent, Status, and Priority, and best if totally customizable including custom fields (was a feature in our previous ticket system)

We've introduced a new interface named "MINT" which is being rolled out in phases. MINT offers you the ability to customise the fields that you'd like to appear on the ticket list page ( on the Card view ).
