Ability to delete requesters via CSV

In some of the other systems that I use, I have the ability to import a CSV of users with a field that disables/deletes them.  We are a K-12 school district, and every July we exit 200 people from our system.  It would be great to be able to delete them via a CSV or other tool, rather than one-by-one.
