I would like to have the ability to duplicate/clone an agent when creating a new agent. I'm handling a request right now to add two Freshdesk agents mirroring an existing agent who has 30+ groups assigned.
Also, because the groups are not listed alphabetically, this is going to take my 3-4 times longer than it should.
