Ability to Edit ALL Email Templates

ATM - not all email templates are editable and some look like spam. For Example, the Approval and Rejection (via email) templates. When you click the button on the email it opens a preformatted email template (which looks like it is a bug or spam) and is not editable within the system by admins. This is something that can only be edited by Freshworks themselves. I have already logged a support ticket to have these changed but having the ability to edit these ourselves and customise all headers, footers, signature blocks and placeholders within the emails would be beneficial.
