Currently the Homepage is not editable.

I would like to have the ability to add extra text.
At the moment the only way to give general information is to create a sticky forum post, but this easily overlooked.

Information that I am currently wanting to post is this:

Support Case Etiquette

To help us provide quality and prompt support, we ask that our clients have the following information available for the support analyst:

  1. Please check this portal to see if your problem hasn't already been solved.
  2. Please provide product/module and version of the product.
  3. Please provide login details.
  4. Ensure remote on site access is enabled for the support analyst before raising the case.
  5. Clearly defined steps to replicate the issues (with appropriate information, i.e. jobs numbers, pictures, sdf files, etc).
  6. Information regarding any recent internal or configuration changes on their site.
  7. When did the problem Occur.

etc. etc.

it would be nice to be able to post this on the homepage.

I would also like to be able to add a welcome text to the homepage. Do you know if this is possible or when it will be possible?

I think that there is a beta test for a customizable home. There is a post too

Any status update?

Hi Guys

This feature is available in our Portal Customization option or the CSS Customization in both Garden & Estate plans

Estate Plan users can directly customize this from the Admin -> Helpdesk Rebranding -> Customize Portal section. You may change this Portal Pages section.

Garden Plan users can do this by creating their own CSS theme with such info and add this CSS in the Customize Portal section

Regards

Why isn't this available in a shorter form for other plans.  I need to add Terms & Conditions to our portal, but we haveb't used it enough to encourage us to upgrade our plan.

also, it should be great to include html code too, scripts...
