Having the ability to export verified contacts directly from Freshdesk would definitely simplify things for us. Being able to filter for verified contacts is useful, but manually reviewing them 30 at a time isn't practical with thousands of customers. An export feature would be extremely helpful in efficiently managing our contact data. Is there a plan to introduce this functionality in the near future?

We would like to be able to export a filtered view of our contacts so then we can send out messages to those particular people. Its not practical to export all contacts and then filter for the results we want.   Is this being considered yet as I have seen older articles requesting the same thing.
