Something that I think would be very useful would be the ability to upload documents that are used regularly so that the agent can simply attach them to the ticket from the right hand menu, much like when you can select the "suggested solutions" you could select say "attachments library".
This would certainly make life a whole lot easier for us as we wouldn't have to continually upload the same pdf's.

I would like to see something like this. Maybe it could use the Google Docs/Drive as storage and attach in Freshdesk.

We're working on Google Drive integration and it can be linked to a common account from where the agents can get the files inside ticket replies/notes,etc. This was earlier available as a freshplug but having moved to the marketplace system, we see that this is one of the integrations that went missing in the list of available google integrations.
Will keep you posted in case of any developments on this regard!
