Allow agents to have multiple emails linked to their agent profile just like requesters. For example, my company has 2-4 email alias since we have a company email and a product email. Would be very helpful to allow all of these emails to be under one agent profile.

If you need to “lock” e-mail so no other can have the same you need 2 accounts for agents. This would be good to just needing 1 account even for agents.
