Ability to Import and Export Ticket Category Fields

Allow for categories to be uploaded using a CSV format, and likewise be able to export them for editing and maintenance. At present, each category, sub-category and item have to be input independently, dragged up and down (arranged) one by one, and the process is quite tedious. The biggest issue is having to consistently scroll up and down especially if you have a large number of sub-categories or items. It’s not practical at all.

I second this.
There was a rudimentary way of at least downloading the nested fields previously until the last big update nuked that ability.

I need to perform a major overhaul of our call-types (categories) and the way it is now is going to waste tons of my time.

I’m pretty annoyed.

Please get on this as quickly as possible!!! It is so painful having to overhaul Categories in the current state.

Very much needed, along with the ability to condition categories on workspaces. Each of my workspace do not need to see other workspace categories.

Would love to see a re-order option for categories similar to what has been implemented with Workflows where the system numbers the category and you can adjust the category number to achieve a re-ordering without drag/drop.
